Brief Profile

Maryam Olatinuke Aladodo is a Senior Assistant Registrar in Kwara State University. Her holds a B.Sc. in Public Administration from Kwara State University, Malete in 2018. She also holds a master’s in public administration (MPA) obtained in 2015. Her qualifications also include a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Administration (2010), H.N.D. in Secretariat Studies (2003), O.N.D. in Secretariat Studies (1999), WASSCE ‘O’ Level (1996), and a Primary School Leaving Certificate (1989).

As the Vice Chancellor, I am dedicated to excellence in every aspect of our university's mission. I strongly believe in the power of education, research, and community development. She has accumulated valuable work experience over the years. Her career began as a Technical Assistant on Secretariat Administration at Al-Heari Chamber (1997-1999) and included roles such as Computer Operator at Digi-Tech Computer Institute (1999) and Personal Secretary during her NYSC service at Kwara ADP (2004-2005). She worked as a Project Secretary at the African Development Bank Assisted Kwara State Fadama Development Project (2008-2009) and held various administrative positions at Kwara State University, Malete.

She is a member of the Association of Nigerian University Professional Administrators (ANUPA) since August 2021. She has attended various workshops and training sessions to enhance her professional skills. A pioneer staff of the University, she has served in many notable Management committees. She is the longest serving staff of the Vice Chancellor's Office and has served under different Vice Chancellors.

Apart from her professional life, Maryam is actively involved in reading and brainstorming activities.
